Entity 156 is an idea spread through several false humans or false memories depicting a hostile humanoid Entity. The exact details of this Entity, such as physical description, method of attack, or how many humans killed, do not matter, as they are interchangeable lies that have no basis in real events. The only external way Entity 156 can manifest is in the form of text, such as books, letters, phone applications, and online data. This is a more direct way we can communicate.

Behaviors:

Once a wanderer is made aware of the existence of Entity 156, usually through hearing about them via a rumor, they will attempt to spread awareness of the Entity 156. If they are unsuccessful in this, the wanderer will forget about telling anyone, and will attempt again. If successful, they are rewarded. Entity 156 feeds off confusion.
