Level 0.3 is a sublevel of Level 0, created by the group Backrooms Remodeling Co..
Description
This sub-level is nearly identical to Level 0. It's just that… there's ice. EVERYWHERE. And it's so damn cold.
After accidentally being created by the mysterious group known as Backrooms Remodeling Co.; as an attempt to create a more habitable version of its parent Level, it ended up being shrouded in an unbearable cold. The temperature typically ranges from -32 °C (-26.5°F) to -5°C (23°F).
There are multiple vents that can be found in Level 0.3, which constantly spew out an unstoppable cold mist. The iconic mono-yellow wallpaper of Level 0 has been replaced with a light blue wallpaper, and the moist carpets are frozen solid. of It is advised to wear heavy clothing and make sure not to slip on the ice while traversing this sub-layer.

To enter, find a vent in Level 0.2. To exit, you can find a door that leads back to Level 0. No-clipping through an office desk may lead to Level 4.
