Level 123 is the 124th Level of the Backrooms. Level 123 takes the appearance of an infinite wedding ceremony hall.
Description:
In the labyrinth of Level 123, there are lobbies, halls, and wedding ceremony rooms. Halls are the most common area to find yourself in, in Level 123. Doors line either side of the wall in every hall. They are spaced only 5ft (152.4 cm) apart from one another, regardless of the size of the room behind each door.1 Most doors of Level 123's halls are unlocked but are highly likely to lead to a wedding ceremony room. Though many light fixtures are lining the walls of the halls the light they emit is rather dim.
Level 123's halls and lobbies share common wallpaper, carpeting, and light fixtures. The wallpaper seen in these areas is a muted shade of magenta with an intricate floral-like pattern. The carpet in these areas is a burnt orange and magenta floral pattern on top of an eggplant purple background. Light fixtures found in these areas can be seen both mounted on the walls and/or ceiling. Wall-mounted lights are made in the likeness of candles and ceiling mounted lights are single-tiered crystal chandeliers, commonly letting off an orange glow. Both the halls and lobbies seem to be void of anything helpful to a wanderer. Drawers in the lobby's vanities or wardrobes tend to be locked, if unlocked they are always empty. The plants found in Level 123's lobbies planters are always plastic2 but can be found planted in either sand or soil.

Unlike the previously described areas, in the ceremony rooms, you can find useful items such as sunflower seeds, Almond Water, lighters, and candles. Items also known to spawn in these rooms are religious items, such as statues of religious idols, jewelry depicting religious idols or divine beings, religious texts, etc.3
The ceremony rooms have a much different appearance than the halls and lobbies of Level 123. Ceremony rooms feature saddle brown carpets and stacked rock beige walls. Furniture and decoration most often found in the ceremony rooms are chairs, plants, and a small table.4 The chairs feature carvings of flowers, animals, divine beings, religious idols, and people seemingly at random. Just like in Level 123's lobbies, all the plants in the ceremony rooms are plastic and are planted in either soil or sand. Stairs can be found in ceremony rooms, but never more than one set per room.5
Entities:
- Adult Facelings are the most common Entity of Level 123, they are most commonly seen in formal wear, but it is believed this does not affect their biology.
- Hounds, although they are not native to this level can be found here. It is assumed they find their way by crawling up or down the stairs from their respective levels.
- Both male and female Deathmoths can be found flying around their hives in some ceremony rooms.
- Howlers have been rumored to roam Level 123, but this is yet to be confirmed. We believe the screaming of the Lux is what may be stirring these rumors.
- Lux are seen mostly everywhere on Level 123. You can often hear their distressed screams and use them as a warning sign that a dangerous entity is nearby.
Colonies And Outposts
Amor Incrementum:
- This group is a religious cult that worships agriculture.
- This group is one of the smallest groups in the Backrooms, having only around 10 members.
- The only plants they've been known to grow are various species of mold, harvested from walls in Level 0 and Level 1.
- If you notice any planters in Level 123's lobbies are riddled with mold, this group is likely nearby.
- They're incredibly hostile and not normally up for trade, however, if you have items depicting religious idols or divine beings they may be willing to trade.
Entrances And Exits:
Entrance:
- Taking the stairs up from Level 124 may lead the lobbies or ceremony rooms of Level 123.
- There is a low chance that taking the stairs up in Level 196 will take you to Level 123.
- No-clipping through the floor of Level 4 may bring you to Level 123.
- Taking an elevator from Level 65 or Level 5 can take you to Level 123.
Exit:
- Taking the stairs found in the lobbies and wedding ceremony rooms down can lead to Level 124, Level 196 or to Level 571's basement.
- Taking the elevator found in the lobbies can take you to a random Level, most commonly Level 5.
- No-clipping through a lobby mirror will take you to Level 39.
- There is a low chance you may be able to no-clip through a lobby window which will send you to Level 1.5, this is not recommended.
