Level 247 is the 248th Level of The Backrooms. It is an infinite waterpark split into the Exterior and the Interior.
Exterior Description
Level 247's Waterpark is stuck during a heavy rain, despite being stuck in a heavy rain; everything functions like normal. Waterslides are also present in the Level. Though some are anomalous in nature, such as, a waterslide that has no ladder to get on top of, a waterslide that seemingly has no end, as it fades out into the fog, and waterslides that either go all the way up into the sky, or all the way down, being one of the main entrances to Level 247's interior.

Level 247's exterior is where all travelers end up prior to entering Level 247. No matter what Level you came from, you'll always end up here.
Like in any waterpark, Level 247's exterior has plenty of fun pools to play in, despite the rain.
Such as a pool that has no bottom; a pool that is has a exact replica of Level 7's water, and many more pools that you'd see in The Frontrooms, another of the most common things one may come across in this Waterpark are pool fountains that vary in shapes, many pipes that expel water out of them, and randomly placed ladders on the side of the pools, a few of said ladders don't function like they're supposed to, sometimes they don't even have steps on them. Or are incredibly small for a big pool.
A city can be faintly seen in the distance of Level 247's exterior, though as the Level is infinitely big, it is impossible to reach said city, even though Level 247's structure is mainly composed of pools, waterslides, and many other things related to a pool, it also has a few areas with grass and even trees around them, going through said areas will reveal another waterpark.
Interior Description
Level 247's interior is mainly composed of tiles, and pools of varying sizes. The temperature inside this part of the Level is pretty warm and damp.

Each room has a few pools inside of them, each of them with varying types. Waterslides are also present in this section of Level 247, along with water fountains, and such. Some rooms are often spacious, with a few restaurants present inside, like a indoor waterpark, and many lazy rivers are present across the Interior of Level 247, sometimes it can go through many rooms you've passed by, and is also present in hallways, cutting them in half with water. Each hallway connects to one another, making a complex system of hallways.
Pipes are present above the ceiling in every few rooms, carrying water inside of them, the reason why they're present is to travel water from the interior of Level 247 to the exterior, making a complete water system underground.
Often, one may find stairs that lead to upper rooms of the interior of Level 247, revealing even more pools than before.
All of the pools in Level 247's Interior are unique in their own, sometimes they may even contain pipes that spray out water to the pool, either from the ceiling, or from the ground, even so, tunnels are also present in a few pools, though it is dangerous to travel through them as they are filled with water, signifying that they were once dry, and because of said pipes they were filled with water.
Level 247's interior, despite being completely shut indoors, it could be pretty habitable for others.
The interior's tiles vary in colors, but they are always limited to White, Dark Blue, and Bright Blue. The most common of them, is white; despite a few tiles being placed with different colors or being misplaced in general, they do not have any anomalous abilities.

This Level can be easily entered from any city Level.
Exits
Entering a specific pool and staying underwater for 5 minutes, will lead you to Level 248, if you come out too early, you might end up in Level 7.
