Level 937 is the 938th level of the Backrooms, appearing as a seemingly infinite capitol building.
Description:
In appearance, Level 937 is an endless capitol building whose architecture and design mirrors those found in the United States of America in the Frontrooms. The design of the corridors vary depending on the area–ranging from carpeted rooms with low ceilings and a bland design, to halls of great elegance and ornateness, finished with smooth marble as well as brass chandeliers resting upon ceilings that defy the normal range of ceiling heights in normal reality.
Level 937’s overall floor plan can be described as similar to the many capitol and government buildings found across the world, mainly being made up of large assembly halls and rooms divided by winding corridors that can reach up to hundreds of meters in length. Lining the walls are doors which open up to reveal massive senate and house chambers, most of which are entirely empty and devoid of any people or entities. While it is possible to find a singular adult Faceling sitting in one of the chamber’s chairs, they are entirely unresponsive. There are also office rooms, dining halls, and watch towers.
The entire level is silent, open, smooth, and not to mention isolating. Thought to be dozens of millions of kilometers in surface area, most people never come across another individual on their journey. With all these combined factors, Level 937 does tend to take a toll on some wanderers' sanity. Luckily, this can be counteracted with proper sustenance via Almond Water and meditation practices. There have also been no confirmed sightings of any hostile entities on this level so far.
Bases, Outposts, and Communities:
Senatum Base 1-A
- Noted to be the ones to discover the level.
- Started out as 3 wanderers, but eventually expanded into around 15 people.
- Document the different exits scattered across the level and explore them.
Insurrection Station 037:
- A base created by the Insurrection, housing around ~50 inhabitants.
- Barred to anyone that has previously associated with the M.E.G.
- Reside inside one of the house chambers.
- Are open to trading.
Discovery:
Level 937 was discovered on 4/22/2023 by u/strawberrymehdi24, u/DiceZ3nith, and u/AzeAnomalous on a joint operation to explore new levels of the Backrooms. The group calls themselves "Senatum". They claim to have found Level ψ's capitol building and subsequently designated it as Level 937.

Hello explorers of the Backrooms. You may call us Senatum. We are a humble group of explorers, not too different from the M.E.G., just trying to document the world around us. We've gotten very good at discovering new levels, especially with the help of our ██████ ██████. But that's not the only thing that has helped us.
We know our group isn't that big, it's only three people at the moment. I know, it sounds pathetic. But trust me, soon we'll discover so many levels, even the M.E.G. will see us as competitors.

What is Level 937, you may ask? Well, it is something we have just discovered. It's an infinite capitol building, one that we found on Level ψ. It stretches on and on, for miles and miles. This document is for exploring this place and documenting new exits. So far, we have found some exits leading back to Level 72 as well as Level 11. We have also found a janitor's closet leading to Level 95.
Entrances and Exits:
Entrances:
- The entrance to this level is typically kept secret by most authorities.
- However, there are confirmed reports of an entrance on Level ψ existing via a large capitol building.
Exit
- To exit, you must find an exit door that will lead back to Level ψ, however there is a chance it may lead to Level 11, Level 9, or Level 72.
- Janitor's closets may also lead to Level 95.
- There are also many more exits that are currently being researched by both the M.E.G. and the Senatum.
